RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if there is an issue or problem with the product.
Returns are accepted for:
Manufacturing defects
Damage upon arrival
Quality issues
Product not as described
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Contact us within 14 days

Step 2: Describe the issue Include:
Order number
Detailed description of the problem
Photos of the defect (if applicable)
Step 3: Receive return instructions We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Step 4: Ship the bag back Send the bag to the address we provide.
Step 5: Receive your refund Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
REFUND DETAILS
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned bag.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Amount: Full refund of the product price.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
For a successful return:
Bag must be in original condition (unworn, undamaged)
All original packaging and materials should be included
Bag should not show signs of regular use

Change of mind (without product defect)
Personal preference in color or size
Wear and tear from normal use
Items returned after 14 days
Items missing original packaging
Items that have been significantly used

Q: How long do I have to return an item? A: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for product defects or issues.
Q: What if my bag arrives damaged? A: Contact us immediately at nefretbag@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund with prepaid return shipping.
Q: How will I receive my refund? A: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Q: Can I exchange for a different color? A: Exchanges are available for product defects only. For a different color preference, please return for a refund and place a new order.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: Return shipping is free if the return is due to a product defect. If returning for other reasons, return shipping is your responsibility.
